Roles and access planning
Document who needs to use each CodiVarodium workflow.
Build an access worksheet for CodiVarodium before creating operational accounts. Base permissions on the real release and the responsibilities agreed for your team.
List responsibilities
For each person or team, record the tasks they perform and the information they need. Review Admin Panel, Provider Panel, Customer App, Provider App, Scheduling individually instead of giving everybody broad access.
Review the access lifecycle
Agree who approves new accounts, reviews access and removes access when someone changes role or leaves.
Test the boundaries
During acceptance testing, verify the allowed and disallowed actions for each agreed role. Report unexpected access with a test account and non-sensitive evidence.
