Launch CodiVaroFood only after the responsible stakeholders approve the agreed scope, content and acceptance results.
Confirm release readiness
Resolve agreed launch blockers; approve the content and access list; and confirm the environment, backups and rollback owner.
Schedule the handover
Record the deployment window, verification owner and communication contact. Include a demonstration of the agreed Admin Panel, Branch Panel, Kitchen App, Menu & Orders, Delivery App workflows.
Keep a delivery register
Document what was supplied, where approved operating instructions are stored, who owns external accounts, and how subsequent issues should be reported. Store credentials through the agreed secure method, not in public documentation.
